The Rustic house is located in the municipality of Falmenta (Valle Cannobina), a hamlet of Guglio, and can only be reached on foot or with a small tractor.
Once in Falmenta, park your car and walk in the direction of Camberto. From Camberto continue towards Guglio. It takes about 20/25 minutes to reach the hut on foot or about 10 minutes by motorbike or tractor.
Outside the hut there is a small parking area for the tractor/motorbike.
The hut is about 40 sqm and is on two levels:
Ground floor: Cellar and bathroom with access from outside;
First floor: There is a single room living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a nice balcony. (about 20 sqm)
Outside there is a private courtyard.
The cottage has been partially renovated and is sold furnished.
The roof is in poplar but in good condition.
The heating is guaranteed by a fireplace and possibly you can place a wood stove.
There is no electricity, but solar panels can be installed.
The water comes from a private aqueduct and as for the sewage, there is a septic tank.
A few metres away (3-5 minutes walk) there is a woodland belonging to the property.
It is ideal for all those looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature.
