From the "Cadorna" road you enter the property through the large gate and immediately you are enveloped in a peaceful atmosphere. On one side are some old trees and on the other side the flat garden with a breathtaking view of thE mountains.
Currently, the property, over 600 square meters in area and surrounded by a garden of about 1,500 square meters, is used as a tourist accommodation business.
The building is arranged on 4 levels, of about sq. m. 150 each, with an elevator:
Ground floor: is dedicated to the catering and reception business.
At the entrance we find the reception, on the right the bar with a fireplace, on the left the dining room with kitchen, pantry, services, storage rooms and all ancillary rooms. The upper floors can be accessed either by stairs (still made of original stone) or by elevator (up to the second floor)
First Floor: 6 double rooms are located here, two of which have balconies, and all have private bathrooms. One room is accessible to handicapped persons.
Second Floor: here are located two triple rooms, both with balcony and private bathroom.
On the top floor is a large habitable attic, with bathroom and provision for a kitchen, which can be converted into additional rooms or apartments
All but one of the rooms have wooden floors.
The restaurant has a room with 40 seats, 20 are seats in the bar area and another 20 seats on the outdoor terrace.
The hotel has natural gas heating; there is a nice fireplace in the bar and a wood-burning stove in the restaurant room. It is equipped with a satellite system and Internet. There is ample parking in the shade of century-old trees.
The business is located in the center of an endless network of trails and is therefore a meeting and starting point for mountain lovers; it is also a very short distance from the Italian Auxologic Institute in Piancavallo and is therefore a good solution for relatives and friends of patients to stay and refresh. Also within a short distance is the Zip-Line, an irresistible attraction point for those who want to experience the thrill of flight.
